Hello, lovelies!! How are you doing? How's your progress in 2025 so far? Remember that even waking up from bed and breathing is also a part of making progress.


Today, I want to emphasize how important our mindset is. Do you agree that mindset changes everything? For me, I do. How so? Let's explore the topic a bit more.


Mindsets are a set of assumptions that help us to survive our everyday lives. It is like we are what we believe in and our actions are led by what we always think of whether consciously or unconsciously.


However, our mindsets can also lead to interpersonal problems and feelings of guilt, inadequacy, sadness and anxiety. Our mindsets can also be formed through past experiences, such as childhood. 

The good news is that, according to Dr. Jacob Towery, an adjunct clinical instructor in the department of psychiatry, our mindsets are highly changeable when we do inner and personal work, such as healing our inner child and practicing self-love.


When our mindset changes, the way we see our lives and ourselves changes. This can influence our thoughts and feelings towards every situation that happens.


Nonetheless, it's important to take note that having a healthy mindset is not about controlling other people's reactions towards us. It is just a way for us to deal with things effectively.
